One hour of training with a Certified FITness instructor.  Receive individual goal setting, monitoring, and mentoring. 

One hour class combining, spiritual, mental, and physical activity. All levels, bodies, and genders welcome! 

One hour physical testing measuring:

body composition, cardio, respiratory, flexibility, muscular strength, and endurance.

(Prerequisite for new personal training clients)

SMALL GROUP TRAININGS

Four to eight fellow participants in a personalized environment. This is a great option for those looking for an effective, quality, focused, and friendly competition.

One hour (3x a week) HIGH energy, FUN, and challenging workouts with the intention of transforming fat into muscle.
